There is a staff shop? Sounds like a way a moderator could make money off the players. Unless the items are non-tradable?

if a staff trades or gives out items, they will be demoted and banned

Why not just make the items non-tradable then? Seems like it would save the hassle of losing a staff member.
I haven't seen a staff shop in a private server before, mainly because most servers want their players to be able to obtain their favorite gear. But this one sounds interesting.

The items can be obtained in different ways thats why they are still trade able.
